States with Pepper Spray Restrictions.
We can not ship pepper sprays to NY and MA states anymore.
Michigan - OC pepper spray can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only tear gas accepted and can be no larger than 35 grams per canister. No combination sprays allowed.
Wisconsin - OC pepper only. No tear gas UV dye or combination sprays. OC can be no stronger than a 10% solution. Canister should be 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature.
Many states have no restrictions on concealing and carrying mace. Other states may require a permit. Still others may restrict what kind of pepper sprays are allowed, require the holder to carry a permit or take classes, or flat-out prohibit pepper spray. Call your local police station and ask them what self-defense items you can carry. We can ship pepper sprays to all states but it's your responsibility to obey your local laws.
